Close to the submission deadline, you may find that the server's responsiveness declines. Please do not panic. You should try to submit your paper again 15 or 20 minutes later. There are scores of http processes running at all times that only process submissions. Periods of reduced responsiveness should be short in duration. If you cannot get the submission system to take your paper, please send mail to <dl00prog@dl00.org>. Thank you.
